Jordan Bowley, a U.S. Army Veteran (11B/35L), brings a disciplined and strategic mindset to Innovative Builds Inc. With eleven years of experience in the construction industry, his career spans both pre and post-military service. His expertise ranges from building pools to managing new construction custom homes; and with a paratroopers “at all cost” ethos and an investigators “attention to detail” diligence, Jordan provides a truly analytical approach to all projects.
As a corporate officer Jordan combines his hands-on construction knowledge with an educational background accrued from multiple degrees in Financial Planning, Intelligence Operations, Criminology, and Adult Fitness. This rare blend of technical skill and academic acumen drives Innovative Builds Inc toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Life functions on more than one parallel and so do GC projects: “A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”
Steve is a proud military veteran with 23 years of service, originally from Central Jersey. He co-founded Paradigm Design Group, a luxury renovations company based in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Known for his innovative approach and attention to detail, he brings creativity and precision to every project. When he’s not working, Steve enjoys spending time on the lake with close friends and family. As a father, he values empathy, integrity, and balance in all aspects of life. His experiences have shaped a leadership style built on respect, accountability, and vision. His next big goal is converting a van and driving the Pan-American Highway from Alaska to Patagonia.
